Erica Boyd started her long-term care career at the age of 20 as a CNA for and then graduated from Hill County with a LVN degree. Over the course of the next 20 years, she worked in the industry in multiple roles that include direct care LVN, admissions director, MDS nurse, wound care nurse and ADON before going back to college. She then completed her Bachelor’s Degree at UNT Dallas in Liberal Arts with a focus in Gerontology and immediately attended Tarrant County College Administrator program under the teaching of the late Dr. Princess Jackson. In 2016, Erica became a Nursing Home Administrator and joined Momentum Skilled Services in May of 2021. Erica promotes high quality, customer service and dedication to everything she does.
